About Joined Management

Joined Management begins with the idea that it is not enough to make housing affordable, you must also make affordable housing into a home. We work tirelessly to ensure that our sites and our residents receive the care and attention they deserve. No "i" goes undotted and no "t" uncrossed as we meet all Section-8 standards, and always surpass them.
Our dedicated staff works with our residents from the time they fill an application through every certification and signature, ensuring that the often-complex world of affordable housing eligibility is made simple and easy. We work hard to see that our residents can take full advantage of all the programs and services available to them, including utility allowances, resident service coordinators, elderly care, and community resources.
Our maintenance approach is always proactive. We work to accommodate the diverse needs of all our residents, with a hands-on approach that guarantees a safe and welcoming living environment.
